The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, with fresh fruits and pastries that were a delight. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with nearby shops and restaurants to choose from. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the airport that was convenient and timely.
The water pressure in the shower was weak and the hot water was intermittent. the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, with a lack of prompt response to requests and a general lack of attentiveness.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the clean and spacious room. The location was very convenient as it was close to the city center and the airport. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options that satisfied my appetite.
I was disappointed by the poor customer service. The staff was not attentive and did not fulfill some basic requests promptly.
